Team Detroit takes the cake when it comes to celebrating Halloween in a unique and creative way!

Spooktacular is an annual event at our company. Departments sign up for different themes and then go to work recreating that idea in their office and making it Kid friendly. On the day of the event employees, clients and friends bring their  children into the offices to “trick or treat” Now in case you’re not familiar with Team Detroit, let me remind you that we are an advertising agency. There is no end to the creative ideas flowing around the building and this event is no doubt over the top. There are prizes to be won (and bragging rights to be earned) for best costume, best group costume and best department. There is also an award given out for the best pumpkin carved and the “Greenest Department” (The department that has the most green friendly theme execution). Come the day of the event there is little work conducted in the building as the celebration includes many potlucks, judges and children roaming the building along with tons and tons of candy everywhere!  This years theme includes: Jurassic Park, Marvel Comics, Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs, Winter Wonderland, Dia De Las Muertos (Day of the Dead), The worlds largest spider and the closet of Narnia.

I had the great privilege of helping organize this event with Team Detroit and to see it in full form was so exciting. The kids and employees both had an amazing time and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to be apart of it! There is never a dull moment working for Team Detroit!
