Our alumni are catalyzing multidisciplinary impact across sectors and industries, locally and across the world. They continue to deepen ties, connect and collaborate as part of the Challenge Detroit network, and make an impact in the community through their work and volunteerism.

What do Fellows do after the program?

After completing the program, alumni take various next steps. Some continue on at their host companies while others evolve their careers or pursue advanced degrees. Some work in the corporate and private sector, while others work at nonprofits or in philanthropy. Some pursue careers in design and other creative fields like architecture, while others focus on business and community ventures.
