University of Michigan alumna, Emma Hays, is a 2018-2019 Challenge Detroit Fellow at Clark Hill where she is a financial analyst. Emma says her “days are busy, between work at my host company and all the extra activities that come with Challenge (Detroit), but I am loving my time in the city. As we reach the halfway point of the program, I am trying to be mindful of how I spend my time, but the city has so much to offer that it’s hard to fit everything in! One thing I always have time for, though, is exploring the food and drink scene (see some of my favorite snacks from my favorite Eastside haunts in the video!).”
