This past year has been incredible. I can’t imagine my year in Detroit without Challenge Detroit. I’ve made great friends through the program. I’ve also grown so much both professionally and personally through working, living, playing, giving, and leading in the city.

Mango Languages, my host company, has been inspiring me to work hard, study (languages) hard, and play hard, all of which are my favorites.

My favorite challenge this year was with Green Living Science. We had great team dynamics and great partners. Recycling was not a topic I’m familiar with, so I’ve learned a lot through the challenge.
