This past month has fun. Although the weather has continued to change and the days are growing shorter and colder, there is no shortage of warmth or adventure here in the city. I wanted to share a quick snapshot of Allison and I’s latest adventure in the city.
Yesterday was Thanksgiving Day. (Happy Belated Thanksgiving to you!) Allison and I decided it would be fun to attend the parade. We woke up early and walked down to Woodward and staked out our position on the parade route. We had a lot of fun watching the festivities unfold. Nearly 1 million people attended the parade and Turkey Trot this year.
Some favorite highlights of the parade for me:
- Seeing Tim Allen
- Kermit the Frog Float
- Seeing Santa
- Clowns!
See you at next year’s parade!
