I like to play. I like sports. I like friends.

Therefore, Detroit is a great place to be this season!

In the Fall, I was able to watch the Detroit Tigers play in game 4 of the World Series from the rooftop of the M@dison Building. It was a beautiful night, filled with good food and good company, and made complete with a great view.

In the Winter, I was able to cheer the Detroit Red Wings on to victory at Joe Louis. Before the game, my friends and I enjoyed some delicious chicken wings (and Caprisun!) at Sweetwater Tavern together. Then we hopped onto the Tavern shuttle towards Joe. After the game, we joined in with the other Detroiters for a night of celebration and excellent cheer!

And in every season, I have been able to join other Michigan Wolverines in cheering for our alma mater. Watching football games and basketball games at TAP Bar, BDubs, Nemo’s, McShane’s, and Bookies Bar & Grille has become such a fun part of my time here in Detroit.
