We are thrilled to announce that The Collaborative Group’s initiative, Challenge Detroit, is featured in this weeks edition of Crain’s Detroit Business! Click here to read the full article.

Reporter Nancy Kaffer interviewed many Collaborative Group members and supporters including Kerry Doman of After 5 Detroit, Stephanie Bergeron of Walsh College, Sue Mosey of Midtown Detroit, Cynthia Pasky of Strategic Staffing Solutions, and Betty Chu of Beaumont Hospitals.  Each of these leaders recognizes the need for a program like Challenge Detroit.  According to Cynthia Pasky, who has pledged a job for a Challenge Detroit participant:

“Detroit needs young, talented leaders to help move our companies and our city forward and make our downtown a vibrant, safe, clean, economically viable community,” [Cynthia Pasky] said. “We have tremendous young people in the city already, who are committed to these goals, and we need more. Challenge Detroit will attract and retain those talented individuals.

Challenge Detroit is making great strides.  Please watch for more updates in the near future.
