I wanted to share a quick photo from pottery class last night. I got messy, but I finally made a few great pieces and I am almost ready to say that I’ve finally started centering the clay. I’m hoping to post a few pictures of my finished work when I pick it up so please stay tuned for an update photo next month.
If you’re interested in learning about pottery, I highly encourage you to visit Pewabic Pottery located on Jefferson Ave.
There is no better place in Detroit to learn than at Pewabic. They offer classes year round on a variety of topics. I am currently enrolled in the throwing course. www.pewabic.org
