Every good heat wave needs rain to brake it. Sometimes, work\u00a0and responsibility can feel like a burden, but that&#8217;s when I reflect on how grateful I am. This year has been nothing short of a whirlwind filled with work, fun, love, loss and understanding. A new city brought new home, new depth and a new challenge and a new job brought learning, growth, and long hours &#8211; but there&#8217;s a beauty to the madness, I promise you.
