Partner Companies

Post a job:

As a partnering company, you can help in the solution of retaining and attracting innovative, entrepreneurial thinkers and have the benefit of recruiting from some of the top talent in the country.

To participate:

Challenge Detroit is powered by a local online job board that provides great resources for employers and job applicants to connect. As part of Challenge Detroit, and in order to ensure the most successful outcome for our region, partnering companies can post as many entry-level job opportunities as they would like on the Challenge Detroit job board. These companies also must commit to sharing the core values of Challenge Detroit and providing a $250/month stipend for a candidate they hire to live in downtown Detroit. There will be no additional fees.

How it works:

Participating companies will gain access to the profiles of Challenge Detroit applicants on or around March 15, 2012 and applicants who were not selected as finalists will have the opportunity to apply for your job openings. Any participant placed through Challenge Detroit will also be invited to engage in social opportunities with Challenge Detroit participants.

By leveraging the Challenge Detroit candidate pool and opening up the opportunity to allow many great companies to hire top talent, Detroit will benefit by filling downtown with innovative, entrepreneurial thinkers who are driven to make a difference.
